Right of withdrawal

Note on on-demand manufactured items

While our regular standard items are produced only after an order is placed, they do not automatically count as personalized goods. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal applies to non-personalized standard items.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are only items that are explicitly made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, for example, items with individual custom text, names, or a unique design.

Note on defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods

If your order was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at support@brezno.shop before returning it. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
