All products are only manufactured for you after an order has been placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and produce on demand.

Production time
Production time is usually 2 to 5 business days. Your order will then be handed over to the shipping service provider.

Estimated delivery times
Germany: approx. 5 to 10 business days
European Union: approx. 7 to 14 business days
International: approx. 10 to 20 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the product, destination country, season, workload, and shipping service provider.

Shipping is free.

Delivery areas
We ship to many countries worldwide.
Currently, shipping is not possible to Belarus, Russia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. Additionally, shipping is restricted to certain regions, including Crimea, as well as the Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, and the Gaza Strip.

Returns
For non-personalized items, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Personalized items or items custom-made according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

In case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods, please contact us at support@brezno.shop before returning them. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
