General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding invitation to order.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by an order confirmation via email or put the goods into production or dispatch them.

4. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are final prices. Due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no value added tax is shown, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the checkout.

The available payment methods will be displayed to you at checkout. The charge will be made via the payment service provider you have chosen.

5. Production, Availability and Delivery

Some or all of our products are manufactured only after an order has been placed. This may lead to production-related deviations, particularly in colour, print position, print size or material effect within commercially customary tolerances.

The delivery time will be stated in the online shop or at checkout. Should an item exceptionally not be available or delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping is carried out to the delivery address provided by the customer.

7. Retention of Title

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded as far as legally permissible.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for non-personalised goods. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

11. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless this is contrary to compelling statutory consumer protection regulations.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
